Frequently Asked Questions

What do you believe?

In short, we believe Jesus Christ was God-in-the-flesh. He lived the perfect life we never could live ourselves, He died as substitute in our place, and then rose from the dead three days later, forever defeating sin and death. By trusting in Him alone for salvation, we are reborn spiritually and will live forever with Him, beyond our own physical death here. We’re still broken people though, in great need of His ongoing transforming work in our lives. And that’s, in part, why the church exists, as a living community for believers to worship God and to welcome all who are spiritually-curious into a space where all can encounter this Living God and His Good News. When is your primary gathering each week?

Our church’s large group gathering meets Sundays at 10:30am for a weekly worship service.

What is your worship service like?

Our weekly Sunday service lasts 1 hour and generally follows this order:

  • Worship through singing (mix of hymns & modern)

  • Community Announcements (ways to serve in the city & ways to grow in faith)

  • Children’s moment (*children then exit for age-appropriate teaching & play)

  • Invitation to generosity

  • Prayer

  • Public reading of Scripture

  • Sermon (20-30 minutes)

  • Serving of the Lord’s Supper (1x/month)

  • Final song

  • Closing blessing

Do you have parking?

We know parking can sometimes be tricky in Salem. But fortunately, yes, we have good options for parking.

  1. Small Parking Lot - We do have a small parking lot in front of the building that can fit 4-5 cars. This is open for visitors and for those needing handicap accessibility.

  2. Plenty of street parking - On Sunday mornings there is always plenty of free street parking available for multiple blocks in front of or across from our building.

Do you stream your services online?

You can watch recordings of our services each week online on YouTube. Please note our services are not live-streamed, but are posted on YouTube at 12pm each Sunday immediately following our service. Click here to learn more.

We also encourage you to connect with us Monday to Saturday via our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
