What is “Faith Promise” giving?

In short, it is personal, special giving that is given in faith towards the advancement of God’s global mission. It is an agreement (or promise) made between you & God alone, through prayer & listening to Him.

  • Personal - Meaning it is only between you and God. Listen to His voice, ask Him what He might be asking you to contribute, & then commit in faith to that promise. Watch what God will do with your step of faith promise!

  • Special - Meaning that it is only emphasized and encouraged by the church during one special time of the year, usually during our missions emphasis week. It is just a periodic reminder of the greater, wider global cause of God’s Kingdom.

What does “Faith Promise” giving go towards?

100% of giving goes into a special “Faith Promise Missions Giving” fund. These funds are then dispersed to our church-chosen mission partners, who are each doing Jesus’ Great Commission work both locally and globally. Each year, in response to what the church has committed to give, we pray, reflect, & discern anew who and what we can partner with. You can learn more about each of them by clicking below.

How do I make a pledge and give?

We’re so glad you’re asking :) But first, before anything else, PRAY. Pause and listen for the voice of the Living God. Act only in response to Him, not in pressure from anything or anyone else. This type of giving should be immensely joy-giving!
